Jennifer Lynn Hawkins

Jennifer Hawkins, 37, passed away at UVM Medical Center following heart complications on October 17, 2023 in the company of family and friends.

 Jennifer was born January 13, 1986 to Lori Terry and Joseph Provost.  She is survived by her children: Faith, Loghan and Maggie (Jazzlynn). Her mother, Lori Terry, biological father Randy Potvin and wife Penny.  Siblings; Michelle Provost, Simone Potvin, James Potvin, Grandfather, Ronald (Joe) Terry, Step mother, Naomi Provost. Numerous Aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jennifer had a big heart, an infectious laugh and a sassy personality that filled any room she entered. 

For many years Jenn struggled with the demons of addiction.  Fighting an inner war, Jenn won many battles consisting of various lengths of sobriety. Those were the times her family made precious memories that will forever be cherished.

If you looked at Jenn and only saw an addict, you are blind.  She was so much more. She was a mother, a daughter, a sister, an auntie, a granddaughter, and a friend. She was stubborn. She was flawed. She was human. She was loved.
